    after sa ultra and CCM, mangapil nami ug out-of-town races nga nindot. makasuya kayo mag tan-aw sa inyong mga trips! :)

    hi katz! don't worry, i'm just fine but thanks for asking. i'm just here hanging on, trying to juggle things. i decided to take it slow and easy after the duathlon in balamban. and whenever i get the chance i fly to manila, just got back actually.

    my sis and her friends are also joining the unilab run pero 10k so day 1 sila (they also ran in the 1st edition.

    going places na kayo ha, that's great! see you around! :-)
